This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.Case No.193 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of N.D.P.S. Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 30 gram. ganja from the possession of the petitioner and he is accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and now he is ready to abide condition imposed upon him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46980 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 petitioner, however, if once the charge is framed against the petitioner, the learned trial court shall release the petitioner on bail on condition that he will co-operate in the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court concerned, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
