2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 218 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 461, 323, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant's mother with iron rod due to which her head was injured and her hand was fractured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The specific allegation of assault is against the co-accused,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15250 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 Anand Kumar. As per injury report of the injured, the injury is said to be grievous in nature. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76132 of 2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the allegation being general and omnibus, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 218 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. This application stands allowed.
