JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015, registered under Sections 13(2) read with Section 13(i) (e) of the P.C. Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that check period has been fixed prior to petitioners coming into service and after the retirement of the petitioner from the service.

In view of this Court, at this stage this Court cannot interfere with investigation.

The application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions after submission of Final Report under Section 173 (2)
