The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 121,121(A) and 120(B)of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act, Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22 of the U.P.A. Act as well as Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.14087 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S.
