The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 474 of 2020, Special Case No. 7752 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the student of B.ed. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise,
