JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-628 of 2013 in which, cognizance has been taken registered for the offence under Sections-406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Admittedly, the petitioner No. 1 is own brother-inlaw whereas; petitioner No. 2 is own sister-in-law of the complainant and prior to filing of the present complaint case, Partition Suit No. 260 of 2005 was pending between the petitioners and the complainant. Moreover, the entire accusation

Accordingly, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. C-628 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
