None is present on behalf of the State.

It has come at the instance of the petitioners. It is contended that in the order sheet of A.D.J-II- cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi dated 17.06.2017 rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioners, the case number is stated as G.O. Case No. 105 (A)/17 but inadvertently in the bail petition it has written as G.O. Case No. 105/2017 which has been reflected in the order dated 19.08.2017 also passed by this Court.

Accordingly, let the said order be considered to have been passed in connection with G.O. Case No. 105 (A)/17.
