====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report and the name of petitioners came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Yogendra Mushar, who has already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14773 of 2020(3) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 are in jail custody since 23.01.2020.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019.
