This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mairwa P.S. Case No. 272 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount, in question, which is Rs.8,70,000/-.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the Court below by way of demand draft prepared in the name of BISCOMAUN, the Court below, in turn, will hand over the said demand draft to the learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN. If such deposit is made by the petitioner, the Court below will release the petitioner on provisional bail on

No.26067 of 2021(5) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 272 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Thereafter, the petitioner will pay the balance amount in nine months from the date of first deposit of amount in the Court below.

After payment of entire amount in question i.e. Rs.8,70,000/- by the petitioner in the Court below, his provisional bail shall be confirmed by the Court below. If the petitioner defaults in making the payment, as directed above, this order will automatically be cancelled and he shall be taken into custody.
