JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

The petitioner retired on 30.11.2012 from the post of Revenue Clerk.

The petitioner has filed the instant writ application in the year 2014 raising a grievance that though P.P.O. has been sanctioned and duly authorized by the Accountant General Office, but the same is not being paid.

Once the P.P.O. has been sanctioned and authorized, I do not find any reason, as to why the petitioner is not being paid the same.

The petitioner may raise his grievance before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11111 of 2014 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 respondent no. 4, who would ensure that the pension is paid to the petitioner, as the same has been sanctioned both by the Department and authorized by the Accountant General Office. With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
