====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2024 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63384 of 2019 to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 06.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63384 of 2019, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time, due to spread of COVID-19.

3 . In view of the reasons assigned in the modification petition, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22076 of 2021(4) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
