Mr. Ram Naresh Ray ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 159 of 2014 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown and the informant was robbed cash of Rs. 1500/- and one mobile, but the said mobile was recovered from one Aditya and on his statement, petitioner was made accused and petitioner was not put on T.I.P. even he has no criminal antecedent and the informant disclosed the age of miscreants in between 27 to 38 years however petitioner was at the relevant point of time only 18 years of age.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Amit Pandey @ Amit Kumar Pandey, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29754 of 2018(2) dt.15-05-2018 2/2 directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 159 of 2014.
