JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 380 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they intercepted the informant and snatched money and two mobiles from him and two persons were arrested, who have named this petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no such occurrence took place and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32335 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 bail to the petitioner. Petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered ion its own merit. With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
