02. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking the following relief:- "(i) For direction of make inquiry to responsible authority person's for non compliance of Mis. Case no. 1331 of 2012 passed Under Section 147 of Cr. P.C. order dated 13.2.2017 by Executive Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

(ii) For direction to respondents to punish the responsible person authority for non compliance of Misc. case No. 1331/12 order dated 13.12.2017 passed by Executive

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.351 of 2022(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

(iii) For direction to respondents to comply the Mis. case No. 1331 of 2012 order dated 13.12.2017 passed by Executive Magistrate, Bhagalpur."

03. This court is not an Executing Court of the learned Executive Magistrate, Bhagalpur. The petitioner can have the recourse of law under appropriate proceeding before appropriate forum but not before this Court in a criminal writ.

04. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.

05. The petitioner is at liberty to have the recourse of law in terms of the above noted order.
