2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused have given stab wounds upon the victim who is the son of the informant and who has sustained six stab injuries which are grievous and out of six injuries, two injuries are in the chest.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2023 and it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

5. Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody and also considering the delay in the trial, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge-22, Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1151 of 2023 arising out of Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 614 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
