Petitioner's Counsel submits that his representation claiming benefits on account of Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACP) is pending before the Deputy Development Commissioner -cum- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Gaya.

Counsel makes a limited submission that a direction may be issued for disposal of his representation. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have also placed on record their counter affidavits. They have taken stand that respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.6594 of 2016(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 No. 3 is the competent authority for disposal of representation of the petitioner.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This order may not be deemed to be an expression on merit of the claim raised by the petitioner.
