Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. According to FIR, co-accused Kishan Tiwary and Shyam Tiwari allegedly fired causing injury to different persons. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. Petitioner, initially, stated that he has got no criminal antecedent, however, on objection of the informant, a supplementary affidavit has been filed disclosing criminal cases against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone as well as completion of investigation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Majhaulia Police Station Case No. 506 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
