The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide orders dated 17.09.2016 and 06.09.2017 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 31651 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 42276 of 2017 respectively, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 07.02.2016, there is no legal and cogent material against the petitioner, chargesheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the prosecution evidence. There is no progress in the case and up till now charges have not been framed and, as such, in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by

In the facts and circumstances stated above, at present, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, the learned trail Court is again directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within two months, from date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
