The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Civil Line P.S. Case No. 366 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner is his employee and he used to collect rent from different tenants, but the petitioner did not deposit the same in account of Canera Bank. It is submitted that the petitioner never collected any rent from any tenant, no chit of paper is filed to show the signature and collection of rent by the petitioner. The informant asked the petitioner to depose in Sessions Trial No. 22 of 2008 and on refusal the informant lodged this case against the petitioner. Case No. 366 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
