The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Civil Line P.S. Case No. 366 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner is his employee and he used to collect rent from different tenants, but the petitioner did not deposit the same in account of Canera Bank. It is submitted that the petitioner never collected any rent from any tenant, no chit of paper is filed to show the signature and collection of rent by the petitioner. The informant asked the petitioner to depose in Sessions Trial No. 22 of 2008 and on refusal the informant lodged this case against the petitioner. No.23213 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Civil Line P.S. Case No. 366 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
