JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 19.2.2018, seek bail in Phulwarisharif PS Case No. 777 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 436, 427, 379 and 504 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is against unknown, petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case, similarly situated other co-accused persons have been admitted to bail by this Court as well as coordinate Benches of this Court.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Jullami Kumar, Ranjit kumar, Suraj Kumar and Rahul Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ved Prakash Modi, ACJM Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif PS Case No. 777 of 2017.
