1. The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Dhaka, District-East Champaran at Motihari to take steps to remove the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4219 of 2023(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 encroachment in question, inasmuch as the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, has already been passed by the Circle Officer, Dhaka, DistrictEast Champaran at Motihari on 05.12.2022, in connection with Encroachment Case No.1 of 2022-23.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid order dated 05.12.2022, has not been annulled by a higher Court of law/forum, the same would definitely be enforced within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
