That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ or writs, order or direction commanding the Respondents to grand admissible Grade Pay to the petitioner for which he is legally entitled to get the same by virtue of promotion from Class- IV to Class- III (Senior Selection Grade Peon to NIL MUDRAK ClassIII) granted by Engineer-in-Chief, Respondent no.3 by memo no.704 dated 07.09.1993 (ANNEXURE -4) and Lordships may further be

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
