2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon respondent No. 4 to settle land situated in Mauja bhawanipur, Thana No. 02, Anchal-Rangr Chauk , DistrictBhagalpur, Khata No. 1559, Khesra No. 614, Rakba 05 decimal, which is Govt. Parti Land.

3 . In the facts and circumstances of the case , writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before The Circle Officer, Rangra Chouk,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4912 of 2020(3) dt.06-11-2023 2/2 District- Bhagalpur (respondent No. 4) along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioner, the Respondent No. 4 (Circle Officer, Rangra Chouk, District- Bhagalpur) shall dispose of the aforesaid representation after hearing the parties in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of representation .
