Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide orders dated 22.02.2019 and 25.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 10658 of 2019 and 45225 of 2019 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15120 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rail, Patna in connection with G.R.P. Patna, Patna Junction (Patna Saheb) P.S. Case No. 319 of 2018.
