The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of assault upon the informant and her family members due to which they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate incident. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
