The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband and he is ready to keep his wife. It is submitted that after nine years of marriage, his wife has filed this case only after the petitioner filed an informatory petition. His wife is living with the brother of the petitioner and the petitioner has got every apprehension to be killed. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21631 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ghanshyam Singh, 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Complaint Case No. 4406(C) of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
