JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner had earlier moved this court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 17432 of 2017 which was rejected vide order dated 02.05.2017 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case and as such there is no chance of tempering with the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties special the period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40592 of 2017(2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanbad in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S.
