The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that daughter of the informant was taken away for the purposes of the marriage. The statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shows that she herself has gone along with the petitioner and also accepted that with her consent the petitioner has established physical relationship.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30096 of 2018 (2) dt.17-05-2018 petitioner, namely, Aakash Ratan, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No.4 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is made clear that if the petitioners will not cooperate during course of investigation and join for interrogation the police will be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail.
