The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27598 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/3 with Dawath P.S. Case No.125 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 447 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner nos. 2, 8, 9 and 11, namely, Kapildeo Ram, Hari Ram @ Ram Hari Ram, Pakju Ram @ Sunil Ram and Deepak Kumar @ Deepak Kumar Ram Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far petitioner nos. 2, 8, 9 and 11, namely, Kapildeo Ram, Hari Ram @ Ram Hari Ram, Pakju Ram @ Sunil Ram and Deepak Kumar @ Deepak Kumar Ram are concerned.

So far as petitioner nos.1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10, namely, Bhola Ram, Shree Bhagwan Ram, Dhanjee Ram, Dharmender Ram, Kashi Ram, Banarasi Ram and Rajesh Ram are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against them and almost injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. Considering the above, this application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos.1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10, namely, Bhola Ram, Shree Bhagwan Ram, Dhanjee Ram, Dharmender Ram, Kashi Ram, Banarasi Ram and Rajesh Ram

Accordingly, let petitioner nos.1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10, namely, Bhola Ram, Shree Bhagwan Ram, Dhanjee Ram, Dharmender Ram, Kashi Ram, Banarasi Ram and Rajesh Ram, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No.125 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
