JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 Earlier twice the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected. There is alleged recovery of one loaded country made pistol with two live cartridges and by previous order dated 04.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12808 of 2018, the prayer of bail was rejected with observation to renew prayer of bail only after framing of charge.
It is submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for one year and charge too has been framed.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Lola Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJMII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniapur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2017 (Tr. No. 2354 of 2017) with condition that one of the bailor must be his close family member. Petitioner shall
