The petitioner has moved this Court seeking action against the respondent no. 9, alleging that she had wrongly been appointed as Assistant Teacher.

From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 6 and 7, it transpires that the petitioner has also filed Complaint Case No. 161 of 2014, before the Vigilance Court and enquiry is also going on.

In view of the aforesaid, no order is required to be

Patna High Court CWJC No.11658 of 2014 dt.12-01-2017 2/2 passed in the present writ application. Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

However, it is expected that the enquiry initiated by the Vigilance shall be concluded expeditiously, in accordance with law.
