The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR, the materials collected in course of investigation, the submissions advanced at the bar and the pleadings made in the application, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.03.2019, is hereby, confirmed.
