1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.155/2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304, 109 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Munger. It is further submitted that it is not a case of murder. It is also submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise.
