This is second attempt by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail with respect to a criminal prosecution registered under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code as also under Sections 20, 21, 22 and 23 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. The prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected by an order dated 29.01.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.48013 of 2015 by a reasoned and speaking order. In above view of the matter, this Court does not feel persuaded to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.483 of 2013, corresponding to Special Case No.86 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned Sessions Judge, Patna, N.D.P.S. Case, Patna. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail once again is rejected.

The petitioner must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to take all coercive

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20183 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 measures for getting the petitioner apprehended in the present case.
