The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 23/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 353, 427, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that while she was distributing dress allowance to the students, the petitioner and two other unknown persons came and asked for dress allowance of his daughter. She replied that his daughter is not the student of the school, so dress allowance could not be given to her. Thereafter, petitioner is said to have abused and assaulted the informant and other school teachers.

The case has already been compromised by both the parties. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the case has already been compromised, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 23/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
