The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a), 32 (2), 32(3) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 178.92 litres of foreign liquor were allegedly recovered from the maruti alto car which was parked near the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.06.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39180 of 2017(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with P.R. Case No. 13/17-18 arising out of Excise Case No. 100 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
