2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the reading of the FIR, it appears that this is a case of consensual sex.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 29.1.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
