Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)11(C)/22(C)/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Recovery of narcotic substances is against the persons apprehended at the spot. They disclosed name of the petitioner and co-accused-Kamlesh Singh, to have fled away from there.
Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. There is no substantial material against the petitioner.
Considering the submission aforesaid, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34779 of 2018 (2) dt.19-06-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No.344 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
