This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 238/2020 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order dated 13.07.2021 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26790 of 2021.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 13.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26790, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No. 238/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
