JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that for registration of informant's firm namely M/s Sahoo Constructions and Supplier Pvt. Ltd., the petitioner was entrusted with `10,000/- to deposit in the concerned office but the petitioner only deposited `1,000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a statement has been made in para 13 of the petition that now the petitioner has already deposited `10,000/- and the co-accused Anik Sriwastava has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 7554 of 2015.

No.13014 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan (Town) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted on filing affidavit with regard to proof of deposit of `10,000/- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
