The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2017 in connection with Chutiya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 36 of the Arms Act. Considering the period of custody and that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Aditi Gupta, Dehri-on-sone, Rohtas in connection with Chutiya
