The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Khanpur P.S. Case no. 108/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner wanted to pass through the Darwaja of the informant but Rajesh Sahni did not allow her and requested her to go through other way. Some altercation took place but the matter was pacified. Thereafter at about 10.30 am eleven accused persons came and assaulted Rajesh and other family members of the informant. Rajesh Sahni died. It appears that the informant did not allege the petitioner as one of the assailants of Rajesh Sahni and his family

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
