This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Barh P.S. Case No.596 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.59 of 2024) registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is alleged that the daughter of the informant went to market for purchasing some articles but she did not return. The petitioner was arrested by the police on the basis of tower location of his mobile phone and on the basis of suspicion.

From the F.I.R. it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl had eloped and were caught in Lukhnow. The petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2023. Further, the parties

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st , Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S.
