Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner who is in custody since 19.1.2021 seeks regular bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR, while the informant was coming to his house by a motorcycle after closing his shop, three miscreants came there and snatched Rs. 7000/- cash and other articles from the possession of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25662 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2021 2/3 submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has transpired on the confessional statement of one co-accused Golu Kumar. He further submits that in para-3 of the application he has stated that he has been made accused in one case and he is in custody since 19.1.2021.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both the parties and in view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bikramganj (Rohtas), Bihar, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 (G.R. No. 696 of 2018) subject to the following conditions:-

(1) The court below shall verify the criminal history of the petitioner and if any other case not mentioned in para-3 of the present application as mentioned above shall release the petitioner on bail.

(2) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.

(3) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be
