The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant suspected in the FIR that FIR named accused persons committed murder of his brother. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. During investigation, it has come that petitioner happens to be father of co-accused Vickey and Chhotu who are alleged to have committed the offence. Except this, no other tangible evidence has been collected during course of investigation to suggest the implication of this petitioner in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above
