2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against Opposite Parties, who knowingly, deliberately and willfully flouted the judicial orderdated 04.01.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy, J. in C.W.J.C. No. 17035 of 2015 (Anand Kumar Trivedi & Another Versus The State

Patna High Court MJC No.860 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 of Bihar & Ors.) whereby and where under the writ petition was disposed of with the direction to file a separate representation before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar within 4 weeks for determination, adjudication and final decision on recommendation of District Education Officer, Gopalganj under Letter No. 98 dated 17.02.2014 and in case the petitioners prefer their separate representation within four weeks from today, the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna, shall look into the matter as also the letter issued by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj, as stated above, and shall take decision within a period of eight weeks thereafter."
