The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 70 of 2018 / 286 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 8.64 liters of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner herein. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 19.04.2018 . Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

O. Case No. 70 of 2018 / 286 of 2018.
