Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Amnaur P.S. Case no. 320/2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against this petitioner is that he pierced knife in the stomach of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case. Dispute arose over grazing of the field over which free fight took place in which both sides sustained injury. Though injury caused has been found grievous in nature but there is no repetition. Petitioner has clean

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that specific allegation of causing grievous injury to the victim is against this petitioner. Considering the rival submissions and nature of allegation and gravity of the offence, this bail application is rejected.
