Regard being had to the admission made by the petitioner before the learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi during hearing of ABP No.693 of 2014 that he had indeed married another lady, namely, Anita Devi in spite of having four children born from the wedlock of the complainant and the petitioner and considering the allegation that the lady had been ousted from her matrimonial house, the petition appears lacking of merit and the same is dismissed.
