Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

From the house of the petitioner eighty sachets of country made liquor each containing 400 M.L were recovered when the petitioner managed to escape from the scene.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint family house. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22351 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bijaipur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
